Our Covid-19 Response

DaisyChain continues to follow government guidelines and do all we can to be Covid Safe. ALL our individual toys and pieces of equipment are cleaned/sterilized between each hire. Even the ball pool balls go into the bath with a sterilizer solution. Thankfully we are now allowed into houses rather than dropping things at your door and can demonstrate any safety features if needed. Sarah is happy to wear a mask on delivery if you prefer, just let us know at booking. If you are at all unsure, please get in touch and speak to us. Thank you and stay safe!

Keeping you, your little people and your data safe

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

In order to deliver our service we need to collect data about you, for example your contact details for responding to queries, payment and delivery for hire. We will use this data in accordance with GDPR ensuring that it is kept securely and only used as required. We will not share your data with any other organisation or person without your explicit consent. If you contact us with a query through social media (e.g. facebook, instagram, whatsapp...) we will hold your details so that we can keep in contact with you, sharing new packages or offers as appropriate. If you do not wish us to keep in contact with you we will delete your details at your request. If you send photographs / videos of your children using our hire packages we will contact you to ensure your consent for these images to be used across social media, paper publications and the website unless you have already given your consent. At any time you can request that these images are removed from public access and we will do this within a reasonable time frame. 

Using DaisyChain hire packages

All of the equipment and toys that we hire out come from reputable sources, have CE certificates where appropriate and have been tested by us to ensure quality. We check all equipment before each hire to ensure that it is in good condition. Before your chosen package is delivered to you we will send you information about using the equipment. Upon delivery we will ask you to sign this form (click to view) to agree to the terms of hire, such as adult supervision, removing shoes and using equipment within the manufacturers guidelines. DaisyChain cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone hiring/using this equipment, and by hiring you agree that you are responsible for any damage or loss caused by inappropriate use.

To ensure that packages come to you in the best condition, we may sometimes have to swap pieces of equipment to replace damages or loss. We will always try to contact you about any changes prior to delivery.  

Cancellations

When you book a DaisyChain package your payment will secure your booking. Please pay promptly to avoid disappointment. We totally understand that life's plans sometimes change at short notice and sometimes that might mean having to cancel something, however excited you might be about it! You can cancel without penalty up to 7 days before your hire start date by contacting us. You will be offered to either change the date of your hire, or a full refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds if less than 7 days notice is given, except in exceptional circumstances.
